The semi-annual flushing of water mains will commence Monday, April 08. 2013, weather permitting. We will continue flushing for approximately four to six weeks. There may be a discoloration of the water, which should clear up within a short period of time. The schedule for flushing runs from 7 am. to 3 pm. daily. The residents of the areas being flushed should try to avoid drawing water when a truck is in your area. The first area to be flushed will be all of Mansfield, North Windham, and the area between Jackson Street and High Street.  If the water does not clear up, please notify the Water Department at 860-465-3086.
