Ad-Hoc Kramer Usage Committee 
The Committee has been established to review and finalize an MOU outlining the conditions and responsibilities of the Town of Windham and the Board of Education concerning the continued use of the Kramer Building.
Ad-Hoc No Freeze Hospitality Center Committee 
Adressing the need of shelter for the homeless for both short and long term solutions. The committee will report its plan to the Board of Selectmen.
Ad-Hoc Noznick Property Master Plan Committee

Ad-Hoc Open Government Communications Committee 
The Committee has been established for the promotion of improved communications between government and citizens with a focus on enhancing Internet-based and Web-based comminications in the Town of Windham. The overall goal of the Committee will be evaluating the current Town web site, evaluating best practice government web sites, coming up with a plan to improve the Town web site and implementing that plan. The goal will be to develop the most capability at the lowest cost possible using open source software and volunteer labor whenever possible. The term of the Committee is 24 months.
Ad-Hoc Senior Center Building Committee 
The committee will review the Senior Center's existing site and its operation. It will also study and make recommendations regarding possible new locations, examine the benefits of a regional facility and consider any other matters that should arise in connection with the study of the Center. The committee will report its findings to the Ecomonic Development Sub-Committee of the Board of Selectmen.
Ad-Hoc Skateboard Park Building Committee 
The Committee shall research options for a skateboard park and recommend a site, design guidelines and financing strategies for the construction and maintenance of a skateboard park in Windham
Ad-Hoc Strategic Initiatives for Financing Teaching (SIFT) 
SIFT shall be composed of three (3) to seven (7) members, nominated by the Mayor and appointed by the Town Council, consisting of two members of the Town Council, two members of the Board of Finance, and three other members including potentially members from the Board of Education and other residents of Windham who are interested in educational excellence.
Ad-Hoc Willimantic Public Library Building Committee 
The committee will report to the Board of Selectmen-Recreation, Culture & Arts Committee and should present its findings within six months
EastConn Executive Committee 
FORMER--Ambulance Service Study Committee 
Evaluate the impact of the hire of EMTs, upon attrition of firefighters, on the delivery of fire suppression and ambulance services, as well as the provision of routine transfer services.
FORMER--Capital Improvement Plan Committee 
HeartSafe Committee 
The committee will be responsible for guiding the process to ensure that the Town becomes a HeartSafe Community.
Historic District Study Committee 
The Committee will evaluate the appropriateness of establishing additional historic districts or historic properties in the Town of Windham consistent with Chapter 97a of the CGS. In consultation with the Windham Historic District Commission, sand Committee shall advise, educate and promote awareness of the Town's historic assets.
Housing Code Enforcement Committee 
Inter District Magnet School Committee 
A Building Committee established for the construction of an Inter District Magnet School
Mid Northeast Recycling Operating Committee 
Parking Garage Consultant Negotiating Committee 
The Committee is established to negotiate a fee with a consultant-engineering firm for a parking garage feasibility study.
Police/Fire Pension Committee 
Town Hall Preservation and Renovation Committee

The task of the committee is to oversee the renovations of the Town Hall Auditorium and any future renovation projects. The committee will report to the Board of Selectmen every four months.
Windham Historic Survey Committee 
Established to review qualifications and select a consultant and to serve as an advisory committee to oversee the grant
