To achive this the membership of this committee will consist of:
Two members of the bargaining unit
Two members appointed by the Board of Selectmen
One non-bargaining unit Town/Service district employee appointed by the First Selectman
The study will commence no later than 7/1/09 and be completed no later than 12/31/09. The Study Committee will report every other month to representatives of the Town of Windham and IAFF Local 1033. |
