The Board of Selectman shall consist of the First Selectman and ten other Selectmen elected for two-year terms.  The First Selectman shall be elected at large by the electors of the Town.  Until altered, pursuant to Section V-11 of the town charter, three selectmen shall be residents of the Windham Service District and shall be elected at large by the electors residing in the Windham Service District and seven selectmen shall be residents of the Willimantic Service District and shall be elected at large by the electors residing in the Willimantic Service District.
